The DSAT Discover Tec experience

PADI Discover Tec embraces the Dive Today and Discover philosophies, allowing you to begin your training in the water. During one dive in the pool and one dive in the open water, the PADI Discover Tec experience makes it possible to try the equipment and perform some of the procedures to determine your level of interest. Learn about the technical aspects of diving and try it out. You will need your basic scuba gear and you will try technical scuba diving equipment.

Prerequisites

To enroll in the PADI Discover Tec course, you must be 15 years or older Have a PADI Open Water Diver certification (or have a qualifying certification from another organization), and completed 10 open water dives.

What Involved?

You’ll learn about Technical diving and get a chance to try out both back mounted doubles and the new side mount rig, The Discover Tec experience can even count towards the Tec 40 class.

Loved your TEC experience? The PADI Tec 40 is the first step in becoming a TEC Diver.

What does it cost?

This confined water (pool) experience cost only $75 or add open water dive one from the PADI Tec 40 program for an additional $75. And if you sign up for the Tec 40 course we will credit you that dive during the course and apply the $75 cost towards the Tec 40 class fee.
